I signed up for MIR a little over a month ago using the least expensive option. Leads have been pretty consistent and I have been able to engage more than I anticipated. Today I went under contract with a lead that came in April 19 that I did not touch. The new buyer campaign was automatically assigned and did it’s thing. The lead responded to a text that was sent out 5 days later and I was notified that the lead had responded. I reached out and I was able to set an appointment. Today we went under contract and commission will be right around $8,000. Pretty good ROI if you ask me. Now just imagine what I might accomplish if I put a little more effort into it.
